Our spacious four-bedroom lodges are designed with practicality in mind, making them an excellent choice for contractors or guests who plan to spend most of their time out and about. The lodges feature a super-king bedroom with an en suite shower room, alongside three twin bedrooms, one of which includes a sofa bed, offering flexibility for sleeping arrangements. Their well-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area provides everything needed to prepare meals and dine together, but PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE LODGES DO NOT HAVE A LOUNGE AREA. As a result, they are best suited for those using it as a base for sleeping and relaxing after busy days spent away from the lodge, rather than guests seeking an on-site retreat.

Outside, their front patio offers a peaceful spot with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a quick meal or a morning coffee before heading out for the day. Guests also have access to a complimentary on-site gym (for ages 16 and up) and a shared patio and coffee lounge with light refreshments available. Please note that there is no bar or restaurant on-site.

The lodge’s location provides easy access to some of Norfolk’s most popular attractions. Just 10 miles away, the Sandringham Estate offers royal history and beautiful gardens to explore. Watatunga Safari, a mere 6-minute drive, allows visitors to experience rare and exotic wildlife in a free-roaming environment.

For further adventures, Snettisham Park and Deer Safari (15 miles) is a great place to spot fallow and red deer, while Holkham, just over 25 miles away, boasts a beautiful beach, sand dunes, and the impressive Holkham Hall. The Holkham Nature Reserve is also a must-visit for wildlife enthusiasts. For seaside fun, Hunstanton, or ‘Sunny Hunny,’ located 18 miles away, offers traditional amusements, a lively promenade, and a funfair.
