Promotion Overview
The 25% Winter Booking promotion applies to new bookings made for stays taking place between 1 January 2026 and 28 February 2026.
Eligible Dates
The discount is valid Monday to Friday during the promotional period.
A limited number of select weekend dates are included. These will be indicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
February Half Term dates are excluded from the promotion. Stays that fall partially or fully within the half-term period will not qualify for the discount.
Booking Requirements
The offer applies only to new bookings made directly with Hay’s Wood Retreat.
The discount is applied automatically to eligible dates at the time of booking.
A minimum stay requirement may apply; any such requirement will be shown during the booking process.
Exclusions
The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, package, or promotional rate.
Availability
All discounted dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Hay’s Wood Retreat reserves the right to limit availability or withdraw selected dates from the promotion without notice.
Changes, Cancellations, and Transfers
Standard booking terms, including cancellation policies, apply to all promotional bookings.
If a guest amends their stay to non-eligible dates, the promotional discount will be removed and the stay will be re-priced at the standard rate.
If a guest shortens their stay, the discount may be recalculated based on the revised dates.
Right to Amend or Withdraw
Hay’s Wood Retreat reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing confirmed bookings will not be affected.
